The Kobokan was established in 1919, to help the local community through welfare activities. Now we run a day nursery for pre-school children, after school club for school age children, and a children's home. We hope to become a centre where all generations meet and bond. The Kobokan runs not only government funded programmes, but also original projects. Projects such as after care for graduates of our children's home, student volunteer training, and summer camps rely on charitable donations.
